Impact has been in business since 2009 and specializes in interior finishes for commercial projects. By utilizing Impact, we are able to reduce cost of interior finishes while having complete control over the schedule in those categories. This has proven to result in an increase of efficiency and productivity in past projects

With a design-build delivery, we are able to include all design work under one contract creating a single source for our clients. Cost estimates, project schedules and preliminary drawings are submitted, simultaneously, within two weeks of our initial meeting.
This is a significant time savings that cannot be met with other delivery methods. We are also able to mitigate risk by identifying any cost, schedule or constructability concerns early in the project. As a Construction Manager, Huffman Construction & Development treats all
phases of the project as one integrated task. Contracting as a Construction
Manager means we will act as the clients adviser from conception, to design,
to build while always acting in the client’s best interest. Our construction
management team works with the client’s architect and offers critical analysis
in design, budget and overall construction logistics.

Some businesses require that a design be completed before entering into a contract with a construction firm which is why we offer General Contracting services. The General Contracting delivery method allows the owner to obtain competitive pricing from multiple
contractors once all due diligence is done and design is complete.

When bidding as a general contractor it is standard procedure to obtain at least three proposals from subcontractors and suppliers in all categories to ensure the owner’s budget is protected. Our estimating team is accustomed to working closely with outside architects and following outlined bid instructions. With that, we are able to ensure that projects stay on task and all goals are met.
